I am making small orders weekly and invoiced separately for each of these orders. Do you have the option for me to receive a single monthly combined invoice rather than multiple invoices?
Yes! For orders less than $100, you can choose to be invoiced individually or to wait to receive a single monthly combined invoice. If you prefer to wait, you will receive one invoice once your orders total over $100.
When you complete your order, you will be given the preference in the Invoice Contact screen (please see the image below).
What is the difference between a Search and a Search Group?
Searches are selected in Class Planner and added to the Shopping Cart.
Multiple searches added to the Shopping Cart at the same time create a search group. Searches in a search group are deduped, unless overridden. Each search group in an order produces a separate file in the Data Center.
What are the limitations with using multiple search groups?
A limitation of using multiple search groups is that separate search groups DO NOT DEDUPE against each other.
How will I know if there are duplicate records in my order?
The following message will appear in the Shopping Cart.
How can I prevent ordering duplicate records?
Below are a few suggestions that will help you avoid duplications when putting multiple search groups in your cart.
- Use different grad years for each group.
- Use different geographic territories for each group.
- Clearly label your search names and groups to help easily upload to your CRM.
Can an Encoura Regional Director or an Enrollment Services Consultant still review and process my order?
Yes, if you would like an Encoura Regional Director or an Enrollment Consultant to continue to review your order before you finalize it, check the Order Review box in the shopping cart.
Can my orders bypass the review process to get my data file quicker?
Yes, uncheck the Order Review box in the shopping cart.
Will there be a way to change the review setting in the Shopping Cart so that I don’t have to check or uncheck the box every time I place an order?
Yes, please get in touch with your Enrollment Services Consultant or your Regional Director, who will assist you.
If I do not have an Encoura Subscription, can I use self-service for my order?
Unfortunately, only clients with a Subscription membership will be able to use Self-Service. Please contact your Encoura Regional Director for more information about an Encoura Subscription.
Once I finalize my order is there an API that will export my file?
