This page provides access to all of your applications and displays the latest news and information from Encoura, including upcoming events, product announcements, and other updates. This includes the following visualizations:
Contact Encoura - This shows the Encoura staff members assigned to assist your institution in different roles. Utilize these contacts any time to help with any questions or product information that you need.
Help Center - This provides quick access to resources within the Help Center as well as a link to our Issues or Suggestions form. Use this form to provide feedback or report any issues that you may be having within the Encoura Platform.
Class Planner Updates - This will show the current status of your data contract with the Prospect Balance and the current Contract End date. If your institution does not have a current contract, you'll see information to contact us for more details.
Data Center Updates - This provides a quick summary of any files awaiting export in Data Center. You'll see a count for each file type indicating how many files and records are available.
Student Insights - Insights Cloud includes unlimited use of Affinity, eMatch®, and Declared programs. This visual provides a summary of how many of these records were delivered in the previous 12 months.
Enrollment Goals - For institutions using Insights Cloud, this visualization, from the Enrollment Goals report, provides a quick look at all current Enrollment Goals for your institution.
Latest Research - This provides the latest findings from Eduventures, including recent research findings and opportunities for your institution to participate.
