The power of Insights Cloud comes from making it your own by taking the default reports provided and editing in them ways that make sense for your role and your institution. Each report has many ways to customize the data including the geographic filters, the ability to add filters for demographic, academic, and interest specification, and the ability to edit visualizations using specific filters. Once you've added your combinations of these filters, you can save the report and give it a name making it easy to recall at any time using the Managed Reports button.
Snapshot Dates - If your saved report contains Snapshot Dates to show three years of data, these dates will be dynamic, meaning they will update each time you open the report based on the latest data available. If you wish to display static dates instead, you can edit each snapshot date in your saved report and deselect Dynamic Snapshot.
Once you have saved reports, the Manage Reports button at the top of each report allows access to view, rename, delete, or share your saved reports.
Sharing a report makes it available to other Encoura Users on your staff or your Encoura Team. Selecting Share from the Manage Reports modal allows you to select users and Encoura Team members. You can also add comments that are included in an email notification to the users with a link to the shared report.
