The power of Insights Cloud comes from making it your own. That means taking the default reports provided and editing in them ways that make sense for your role and your institution. Each report has many ways to customize the data including the Geographic filters, the ability to Add Filters for demographic, academic, and interest specification, and the ability to edit visualizations using specific filters. Once you've added combinations of these filters, you can Save the report and give it a name making it easy to recall at any time using the Managed Reports button.
Once you have saved reports, the Manage Reports button at the top of each report allows access to view, rename, delete, or share your saved report.
Sharing your report makes it available to other Encoura Users on your staff. Selecting Share from the Manage Reports modal allows you to select users and add a note. This note is included in an email notification to the users with a link to the shared report.
