Integration with Slate can be achieved by utilizing the Encoura Standard Import and Encoura Standard Export layouts for Encoura in combination with the appropriate transport method. Because each instance of Slate is customizable by each institution, there isn't a 'plug and play' integration but we can offer guidance in setting up your integration.
Encoura to Slate
Data transfers from Encoura to Slate are available through the use of our File Export API. This allows you to programmatically download data on your schedule for integration with Slate. Data available using this process includes ACT Score Reports and data delivered for Encoura Prospect, AOS, Declared, Affinity and eMatch programs. This API call will result in a file being downloaded in either the ACT Score Layout (for ACT Scores) or the Encoura Standard Export Layout (for all others), which can then be imported into Slate.

Data transfers from Slate to Encoura are available using Secure File Transport Protocol (SFTP) and allow you to send your current enrollment funnel data for use in Insights Cloud and Enrollment Lens.
