You can track your subscription balance from your Account Menu inside the Encoura platform. Simply open your Account Menu, and select “My Contracted Volume” to see your balance.
You can view your overall progress using the summary balance, or track transactions from your subscription by volume or purchase date.

The Data Center Application allows you to see your pending, completed, and exported student searches to ensure your balance is correct.
Each purchase or transaction submitted from your cart will appear here with a detailed view of the type(s) of search(es) ordered, total volume of student profiles included, and the price of the order. To look at the details of an individual order, click "Order Details".
