Users with access to the Data Center can view their history for purchases processed in the Encoura platform in the Completed Orders tab.
To view your recent purchase history:
- Click to open the Data Center application from the app menu on the left.
- Click the Completed Orders tab at the top.
- Your recent order history will appear in the Order Cards below.
- To view the contents of an order, click Order Details.
To view purchases made in prior years:
Institutions and organizations previously using the ACT Enroll platform may continue to reference prior purchases in ACT Enroll. Encoura Members can click Member Purchase History from the User Menu inside the Encoura platform to view volumes of students acquired in previous years by student record type and graduation year.
