There are two ways to change your password for the Encoura platform: in My Account, or on the login screen.
My Account
If you are logged in, you can change your password in My Account.
- Go to the Hi, (Your name) menu, and select My Account:
- Click Change Password:
- Enter and confirm your new password:
Login Screen
You can change your password at login.
- Click Forgot password?:
- Enter your email address and click Continue:
- You will be sent an email from support@encoura.org with instructions for resetting your password.
- Follow the link in the email to reset your password. A window will open and prompt you to create a new password:
- Then head back to the login screen to login with your new password.
