You have multiple avenues for accessing the support you need directly from the Encoura platform. To contact your dedicated account representatives and technical support, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then, click "Contact Us" in the dropdown menu. A window will appear with the emails of your dedicated support representatives as well as general Encoura Member Support.
You can also access support directly from the Help Center menu in the bottom-right corner. Click to open the menu, and follow the link to Contact Member Support.
