The Encoura® platform automatically notifies you immediately when:
- a new prospect file is ready for export
- Affinity or eMatch® records are available
- ACT scores are canceled or reinstated
You can also be notified on a schedule* when:
- A file is overdue (i.e., a new file has not been downloaded for 7 days)
- a new Automated Online Search (AOS) file is ready for export
- an ACT® Score Report is ready for export
- New Declared Student Connection (Declared) files are ready for export
- New Inquiry files are ready for export
- New Enrollment Marketing Services files are ready for export
*You can select among the following schedule options:
- Daily
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (selected by default)
- Weekly on Monday
To adjust your notifications:
Click the account menu in the righthand corner, and select "My Account."
The My Account window will appear. Under My Notifications, you can adjust your notification settings. Depending on your institution's subscription or your permissions, you may or may not have access to all the options below.
