The Encoura Help Center gives you one-click access to support and other helpful resources right from the Encoura platform. In addition to articles, you'll have the ability to use interactive guidance called smart walkthroughs to learn how to use the apps like a pro!
To launch a smart walkthrough or open a resource article, simply open the resource menu by clicking the arrow and select the resource you would like to launch. We recommend exploring a few, so you can see how all of the pieces work. The more you use them, the better we will get at building them!
Resources are categorized by their accompanying icons:
- Call out bubbles indicate a smart walkthrough.
- Articles will link you to a resource article here in Encoura's home for written and video documentation.
- Paper airplanes, called shuttles, will take you to a specific location within the platform or to another key resource on encoura.org.
In addition to these self-service resources, you can also request assistance from our Member Support Staff directly from the Help Center Menu by clicking "Contact Member Support." We'll help you solve anything from technical issues to simply getting information about other apps and resources you read about when navigating our documentation. We're here for you!
