Students participating in the myOptions® program will be able to request transcripts, letters of recommendation, and more, to be sent directly to your institution in the Data Center app. Institutions are able to download these files from the Student Credentials tab as they are requested by students - similar to ACT® Score Reports. Student Credentials is a new service made possible through the launch of myOptions Encourage™, a new technology platform for K-12 educators that allows educators and mentors to connect with students using myOptions and guide them through the college planning process. You can learn more about myOptions Encourage and this exciting feature by watching our on-demand training session and reviewing the information below.

To update your permissions, please contact your Encoura® platform administrator at your institution. If you are unsure who your administrator is, please contact support@encoura.org for assistance.
