The High School Explorer provides functionality that allows you to find high schools based on a variety of data points. Using the available filters, this report will help answer questions about such as:
- Which high schools have the most minority, female, engineering students?
- In my primary states, what high schools have the most students interested in Nursing?
- For students in my secondary markets, at which high schools do I have the most interest from first generation students?
Filter Options
The geographic filters shown allow you to focus on specific States, Geomarkets, Counties, or Zip Codes. When editing any filters, you will be prompted to Show Results which will apply the selected filters and update the high school grid based on your selection.
In addition, selecting the Add Filter option will provide access to 18 additional filters to more precisely identify the data being researched. This also includes an option to search for specific schools based on their name or school type.
Visualization
The High School Explorer report includes a grid displaying a list of high schools based on the filters selected. By default, the grid displays the most recent year and will sort based on Institution Visibility.
